Who Are We Looking For?

At least 2-10 Years of experience in IT System Integrator
Good interpersonal skills
Good understanding of smart IT industry, market data in enterprise segments [financial services industry, manufacturing, telecommunication, and/or state-owned enterprises]
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, highly energetic and motivated team.
Good self-starter and able to demonstrate a good understanding of sales methodologies and processes.
Good customer handling skills
Strong analytical skills to solve problems with clients, internally and partners, plus the ability to take ownership.
Takes initiative, accepts accountability and has a sense of urgency.
Demonstrable experience working in design and service delivery.
Preference to be able to speak and write in English.

Work Description:

Who Are We Looking For?

Membuat dan memahami shop drawing termasuk gambar detail dan gambar potong.
Membuat dan memahami gambar bangunan, gambar detail, dan gambar potong.
Memeriksa lapangan dan pengukurannya sebelum membuat revisi shop drawing dan as built drawing.
Mencatat dan mengarsipkan shop drawing dan as built drawing dengan baik
Koordinasi dan komunikasi dengan pihak/departemen terkait (internal dan eksternal) termasuk konsultasi.

Network Security Engineer

Who Are We Looking For?

Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Informatika, Teknik Elektro atau Setara
Memiliki pengetahuan tentang keamanan informasi dasar dan Jaringan
Memiliki pengalaman satu produk keamanan, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Mcafee (DLP, Endpoint Security, dan NAC (Pulse Secure atau Aruba Clearpass).
Memiliki pengetahuan tentang kerangka dan standar keamanan IT seperti CIS atau COBIT merupakan nilai tambah.
Memiliki etika kerja dan komunikasi yang baik.
Analisis dan motivasi yang kuat untuk mempelajari keterampilan baru
Mampu bekerja mandiri

What Would You Do?

Menerapkan produk atau sistem ke klien sesuai dengan proyek saat ini.
Menganalisis, memecahkan masalah, dan memberi saran pada sistem tentang masalah atau permintaan pelanggan.
Melakukan pelatihan untuk klien setelah produk/sistem diinstal.
Lakukan kunjungan pemeliharaan rutin kepada klien tentang produk dan sistem yang diterapkan.
Menjaga dan menjalin hubungan baik dengan klien.
Buat dokumen yang diperlukan untuk mendukung proyek.

Pre-Sales

Who Are We Looking For?

Discuss and gather information from customers about their needs.
Conduct surveys to gather more detailed information to develop a complete proposal that leaves no stone unturned.
Prepare IT solutions to meet customer needs.
Prepare presentation materials about the solution.
Prepare a technical proposal for the solution.
Create Quantity List for the proposed solution.
Assist the sales force in the tender process from preparation to negotiation.
When the proposal is accepted by the customer, ensure material procurement according to the BoQ.

Project Manager

Who Are We Looking For?

Minimum of a diploma, however having a bachelor's degree will be a plus.
Minimum 7 years' experience in project management with minimum 4-5 years' experience as Project Engineer or Site Manager or Project Manager.
Experience handling ICT infrastructure (IT network) or security systems (CCTV, access door control).
Experience in ELV system (fire alarm, public loudspeaker, BAS) will also be considered.
Able to communicate in English both written and verbal.
Familiar with project management reports such as: creating progress reports, S-curves, and weekly presentations.
Create and maintain an overall project delivery plan, including cost, schedule, quality, and performance baseline.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of contract documents (drawings and specifications), phase plans, and disciplines.
Close coordination with customers.
